Matthew McNally is one of the most capable and knowledgeable attorneys that I have found in Atlanta. I have dealt with many attorneys on a business level but at age 40 I found myself in trouble with the law for the first time. The charges were of a fairly serious nature and frankly I was scared to death. The legal system is a total mess and can be not only confusing but frightening as well. Unfortunately it is not fair. The proper attorney can mean a world of difference. I researched at length and used every avenue at my disposal in choosing Matthew. There are so many attorneys out there that it is very difficult to know who is good and who is not. You need someone that not only knows the law but has a respectable reputation within that community. Matthew knows the law and is very diligent at his practice. Just as important he has a great reputation which precedes him. He treated me not only professionally but I felt my case was very important to him. He gave me all the information possible along the way to make informed decisions and the most important part was that when I asked him if he were me what he would do? I trusted his advice. My case took a long time to move through the process because it was in Fulton county but at no time along the way did I feel Matt was less interested than he was the day I retained him.
