Client pulled over after a Falcon's game during a dispute with his passenger. After failing field sobriety tests, the officer arrested Client fort DUI and Battery charges. After contacting the prosecutor, all charges were dropped before being filed in court.

Client's second Theft by Shoplifting charge was dismissed and client's Criminal Trespass dismissed. Client was charged with taking items form Wal-Mart and made a statement to law enforcement admitting to taking the items. After negations with the prosecution, both charges were dismissed. Client pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.
